Ayurveda, or “The Science of Life” is a combination of three energies, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. We will have a discussion about how to determine your constitutional make up, as well as movement practices and sensory therapies to bring balance.

Are you wanting a food-based cleanse that is detoxifying and strengthening? In this small group we will discuss strategies for a cleansing diet, herbal supports, home massage practices, personal practices, and a cleansing movement routine. We will meet as a group to begin the process. Fee includes review of intake to personalize your care, a private one hour phone follow up appointment, cost of any herbs, supplements, and core ingredients.
